Local History

The local history around OLL is a very colorful and interesting history. From the beginning of the movie industry, oil wells, the move of the Dodgers to our backyard and even an off-season vacation haunt of the legendary Babe Ruth! We intend to create a complete history on these pages and through your OLL Alumni Website. We are working with several sources including the Local Historical Societies, Historians, The Presentation Sisters’ Archives and the Archdiocese of Los Angeles archive offices to gather all information available.
